Domestic Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within the United States via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped, depending on the shipping method selected.

International Shipping

  • At this time, Sol & Feathers ships within the U.S. only. (Future international options will be announced on our website and social media.)

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Sol & Feathers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we may assist.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We cannot reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
