Shipping & Returns

All Sol & Feathers orders are carefully processed to ensure quality, accuracy, and a premium delivery experience. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing has begun.

Shipping Times
Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options, when available, are calculated at checkout. Sol & Feathers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect movement. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress using the provided tracking information.

Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Sol & Feathers is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. To be eligible for a replacement, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. Approved replacements are issued at our discretion. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect usage, or dissatisfaction with scent preference.
